Who we are
Although based at the main service in Chalmers (Edinburgh) we are a committed team providing 6 clinics sessions a week at Howden. The team comprises doctors, nurses, clinical support workers and receptionist.
Who can come
Anyone with concerns about their sexual health can attend. We strongly encouraged young people and men who have sex with men as well as women with complex contraception needs. We provide a confidential service and can refer you on to more appropriate services if necessary.
If you are registered with any of the local GPs they may refer you to our clinic if they feel you would benefit from specialist advice.
GP practices also offer most of these services.
It’s always worth asking first at your local practice to find out what is available.
